Client Expectations / Information

Work Area

Workspace should be clean, dry, and safe for me to work in. Ideally inside a barn or run-in with ample protection from rain or snow.

Horses

Horses need to be collected and ready at time of appointment.
Horses feet and legs should be clean and dried prior to my arrival.

Temperment

Horses must be able to stand quietly during my visit.
If Horses are unsafe, dangerous, or ill behaved, I will refuse to work on them.

Pain management

If horse needs medication to be comfortable or pain free during the appointment, please have these medications on hand or administered prior to my visit.

Payment

Payment is due at the conclusion of the appointment.

Scheduling

At the conclusion of our appointment, I will schedule your next appointment.
I maintain a 6-8 week schedule on most horses.
